This project was built so that I would gain some experience in working with valve technology and higher voltage, final anode was around 750 Volts. As an exercise it went quit well, as for the end result as a piece of test equipment - not so great but it worked.

This excellent LC meter kit comes from Dave GW4GTE. It uses a PIC to do all the work and an LCD for the readout. This was a very nice project that worked first time and even included a calibration capacitor.

The PCB quality was very good and the online manual was well written and illustrated.

Supply of the kit is by Eric GW8LJJ who supplied the kit in less than 24Hrs from the moment the online order was placed to the moment the package dropped through my letterbox.
